Hope everybody is doing good, the week is about to end. If you follow my blog on Instagram you would have noticed that Monday I cooked some chicken Alfredo pasta l, I just haven't had the time to post about it. So this is not me of my favorite recipes,if you follow my food recipes you would notice that I have cooked Alfredo pasta before so this time I did a different one..soo lets get started shall we 😬

Serving for this meal is for 2-3 people

🌸Ingredients:
💗Farfalloni pasta from Woolworth's
💗patti's and moni's spaghetti you can get from pick n pay
💗4x chicken breast (slice them in pieces before you cook them )
💗mushrooms (use about 4-5 mushrooms and just cut them in half )
💗1x cream ultra pasteurized
💗thyme (I use the spice thyme which is in a bottle but you can use the raw leaves of thyme )
💗black pepper
💗Garlic (I use the garlic that is already cut into pieces by you can use the raw garlic as well )

🌸Method
🍝Cooking the pasta

Cooking time 10-15 minutes

1. boil water in the kettle
2.then put a pot on the stove, once the water is done boiling then pour the water in the pot
3.wait for the water to boil in the pot then you can add your pasta and spaghetti's together
4. While its cooking you must just stir it here and there
5.then just keep checking if the pasta looks soft. Try and taste it and see if it's ready however don't keep it in the stove for too long because then it will become very sluggy and sticky .

🍗Cooking the chicken breasts
Cooking time 15-20 minutes

1. So once you are done cutting the chicken breasts then put a frying pan on the stove on medium heat
2. Then put little bit of oil and add your chicken breasts and fry them until you see they are getting cooked
3.then you can add a teaspoon of garlic, black pepper and thyme and your mushrooms. Then just keep stirring and frying them for a while until you see that it's cooking
4. If you feel that the food is starting to burn or stick on the pot then you can add a little of water
5. Once you feel that your chicken breasts have cooked by you tasting then you can add your cream and lower your heat. So you add your cream and mix it all together and let it simmer for a while and after that you can add the pasta you cooked in the pan and mix them together .

Then your chicken pasta Alfredo is ready 😬💃🏾💗
